Reservation Policies:

. During reservation process you can make your comments, requests or select preferences by clicking on 'ADD MORE DETAILS' located in Reservation Summary's blue bar. Please note that all requests deppend on availability on the day of arrival.

. Check out time is untill 12h00 (midday)

. Check in time is from 14h00

. Pets are NOT allowed

. Minimum age for check in, when alone, is 18 years old.

. CAR PARKING: The hotel does not reserve parking space. It’s a first come, first served. Daily cost of 7,50 Euros per day and vehicle.

. Breakfast Buffet is included in room rates, except for 'Room Only' rates.

. Maximum Occupancie of Rooms is explained in each Room's Description. Please read it before making your reservation.

 

Cancellation Policy:

. The hotel has different cancellation policies, beeing the most usual our flexible rate with cancellation free of charge if canceled until 12:00am of the day prior to arrival. However it is important that you read the cancellation policy applied to each type of accommodation.

 

Child Policies:

. Baby cots are available for free and are on request.

. Children up to 3 years old stay for FREE when with two adults and sharing parents' bed.

. Children from 4 to 12 years old pay 12,00 Eur/day for extra bed and breakfast, or 9,00 Euros only for Extra bed. (Please verify each room occupancy)

. Please inform the hotel if you are travelling with children and their ages.

. You can make your requests for Cots and Extra beds during reservation process by clicking on 'Add more Details' in 'Reservation Summary' blue bar.

. Your requests will be confirmed to your e-mail whitin 24 hours.

 

CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE:

. Your credit card details are fully secured when booking with us. The reservation process is entirelly ecripted.

. The hotel does not charges credit cards previous to arrival, except in 'Non Refundable Rates'.

. The hotel may pre-authorize the credit cards given as guarantee starting from 5 days before arrival day in order to confirm credit card is still valid.

. Pre-authorizations are not debits, it serves only to verify credit cards validity and should authomatically desappear from credit card account in 5 days. If not, please contact your bank to request its annulment.
